EASY RETURN AND EASY REPLACEMENT

Did you buy from us but you don't like what you received or you made the wrong selection? No problem, the return is a sacrosanct right and you can choose to send it yourself at your own expense and under your own responsibility or you can contact us and wash your hands of it!
You can choose between 2 different services that CasaTessile offers you:
Easy Return or Easy Replacement.

Easy Return

We will book the courier and it will arrive at your home already with the paperwork for the return of your return. The cost is €7.9 and will be deducted from the refund you are entitled to, it will be made within 5 working days of receiving the goods and checking them, on the same channel used for payment. In the event of a total return of the order, your refund will be equal to the total of the order, including the outward shipping costs, minus the easy return costs.

Easy replacement

To optimize costs you can always decide to replace your item by converting the amount of your return into the purchase of other products that do not necessarily have to be of the same category as the first or the same price. In this way, at a cost of €7.90 you are entitled to have the return collected directly from your home by one of our couriers and to the free sending of a replacement package after receiving the first. The difference in excess or deficiency on the amount will be settled by request for payment or refund on the same channel used for the purchase (in the case of cash on delivery, you will have to indicate the details of a Paypal account or bank account with IBAN code and account holder and the refund will be made by bank transfer).

Operational Phase

First of all, let us know that you want to make the return within 14 days of receiving the order at:

or online, directly from your CasaTessile account by entering the reference order.
Then if you want to do the shipping yourself you will have another 14 calendar days, starting from the communication of withdrawal, for the return.
If the return does not take place within this period, the withdrawal becomes ineffective, not accepted and non-refundable. If instead you want to activate our Easy Return service, when you communicate your intention to make the return, you only have to indicate the day you prefer for the collection and prepare the package for the return by inserting the product in the same packaging in which you received it, or in a similar format, seal the package well with scotch tape and wait comfortably for the courier to pass by for the collection.

Attention

In both cases the product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, with the original packaging and labels, it must not have been used (except as necessary to verify its conformity with its description), washed or tampered with.

The Customer does not have the right of withdrawal only for products packaged to measure or clearly personalized.

We recommend that you always keep the shipping list and the postal receipt of the returned package for any clarifications.
